Early bird registration must be booked and paid for before or on 19 October 2018 for rates to apply.
Payment via credit card on the online registration site is the preferred method of payment. Online payments can be made with either Visa, MasterCard or AMEX.
Registrations will be acknowledged in writing to the email address nominated with confirmation of requirements according to the registration form submitted. Cancellation Policy
Until 28 September 2018 - Full Refund less $150 administration charge
From 29 September 2018 to 31 October - 50% Refund
From 1 November - No Refund
Failure to attend - No Refund
